Key Responsibilities:
Develop a high level of knowledge in BTT products and Agronomy.
As the manager of an established dealer network, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with your dealers, coordinating regular visits, and ensuring that we continue to provide our Gold Standard Customer Service.
Overnight travel is required. Be prepared to travel frequently to visit dealers, attend trade shows, and call on producers.
Promote products at trade shows.
Call on producers to promote BTT products.
Assist R&D with testing and implementation of new products.
Achieve and exceed annual sales growth objectives
Assist marketing with designing territory-specific content.
Skills and Experience:
A background in agriculture or experience with farm equipment parts sales is necessary.
A degree or diploma in Agronomy is a strong asset.
Self-starter with the highest degree of energy, self-confidence, and integrity.
Valid driver’s license and appropriate documentation for travel within North America.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
High level of organizational / time management skills while working under pressure.
Computer skills demonstrating proficiency in Excel, word, and email.
Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
