Pat Yeager

Director of Sales & Marketing

Pat is our Director of Sales & Marketing and was one of BTT’s founding partners. In 1991 when BTT opened its doors, Pat started as the first Production Manager before moving into Sales & Marketing.

He is kept busy managing the sales and marketing department as well as working with international distributors. Pat has lent a hand over the years with BTT’s product development and broader company direction.

Pat has been instrumental in developing our overseas markets in the UK, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and Australia. “It has been very satisfying to develop relationships in these countries and see our technology and experience help others around the world. I have been so fortunate to work with many people from different cultures that are now not only customers but also friends.”

Growing up and being very involved with the family farm near Lake Lenore, Pat was always passionate about farming and spent as many hours as possible helping his father and uncles. “It was here that I learned the value of hard work and doing it right the first time. It was also here that I became interested in machinery and what made it work.” Pat’s interest guided him to obtain a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology which led to a job with Bourgault Industries 36 years ago.

“I feel blessed to have been given the opportunities I’ve had over the years and credit many people that trusted in me to make a difference. Manufacturing of agricultural products has been very satisfying, and I feel quite privileged to be part of this industry and the people.”

Away from work, Pat enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cooking, and snowmobiling.
