Canada Invests In UK Agriculture
Canada’s leading wear parts manufacturer, Bourgault Tillage Tools, invests in UK agriculture by setting up a subsidiary business, BTT UK Ltd., based at Peterborough in Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom.
Bourgault Tillage Tools (BTT) located in St. Brieux, Saskatchewan, Canada, is not new to UK agriculture, as British farmers have purchased BTT products for many years. BTT has recognized they can play a significant role in the evolution of UK agriculture and want to duplicate the close to the farm philosophy they’ve held in Canada for farmers in the UK. “Having a UK operation takes BTT much closer to the farmer giving us feet on the ground in the UK and Europe,” explains Pat Yeager, Director of Sales & Marketing for Bourgault Tillage Tools.
