TITAN FEATURES

Provides the most vertical separation between seed and fertilizer.

• 1/2” wide fertilizer knife for lower disturbance and more precise fertilizer placement.

• Adjustable seed boot provides flexibility to set the depth of the fertilizer from 3/4” to 1-1/2”.

• Three strategic carbide locations for additional wear life. Hard facing is placed on key wear points that don’t have carbide.

• Modular design allows for replacement of worn parts instead of the entire opener.

• Adjustable depth based on seed and fertilizer placement needs.

1) CHOOSE YOUR HOLDER

620-HLD-5000

Fits: 47° and 50° C-Shanks

628-HLD-5000

Fits: Morris Maxim Edge On & Bourgault PHD shanks

688-HLD-5000

Fits: Horsch 84° shank

694-HLD-5000

Fits: Case IH ATX 700, New Holland P2060, Flexi-Coil 5500, Concord Edge On (84° shanks only)

When installing on units other than Concord, the insert 694-ACC-1000 is required.

2) CHOOSE YOUR SEED SHOE

620-SSH-1000

4” outside to outside (2-3/4” center to center) seed spread, placed above the center placed fertilizer trench.

When using Seed Shoes with 620-TIP-0517, you must use the bottom setting on the holder. Fertilizer is placed at 1-1/2″ at this setting.

620-SSH-4000

6” outside to outside (4” center to center) seed spread, placed above the center placed fertilizer trench.

When using Seed Shoes with 620-TIP-0517, you must use the bottom setting on the holder. Fertilizer is placed at 1-1/2″ at this setting.

620-SSH-6000

8” outside to outside (6” center to center) seed spread, placed above the center placed fertilizer trench.

When using Seed Shoes with 620-TIP-0517, you must use the bottom setting on the holder. Fertilizer is placed at 1-1/2″ at this setting.

628-SBT-2000

2” wide seed spread, placed above the center placed fertilizer trench.

3) CHOOSE YOUR TIP

620-TIP-0510

Standard tip for 620, 688 & 694 holders. Carbide inserts are placed on the nose. Hard facing is placed on critical wear points for extended life of the tip.

620-TIP-0517

This tip is the same as 620-TIP-0510 but is 3/4″ longer giving you more vertical separation.

When using Seed Shoes with 620-TIP-0517, you must use the bottom setting on the holder. Fertilizer is placed at 1-1/2″ at this setting.

628-TIP-0510

Only fits the 628 holder. Carbide inserts are placed on the nose. Hard facing is placed on critical wear points for extended life of the tip.

628-TIP-0512

Only fits the 628 holder. This tip has extra long nose carbide inserts and is 1″ longer than 628-TIP-0510.

NH3

620-TUB-1021

1/2″ (12 mm) O.D. NH3 tube for 620, 688 & 694 holders.

For pressurized NH3 order this tube and consult your pressurized system dealer for tubing inserts.

NH3 + LIQ PHOS

620-TUB-1070 & 1070XL

1/4″ (6 mm) O.D. Aqua NH3 + Phos tube for 620, 688 & 694 series holders.

620-TUB-1070XL is the same but longer, and required when using 620-TIP-0517.

LIQUID + NH3

620-TUB-4000 & 4000XL

0.4″ O.D. Stainless steel Liquid or NH3 tube for 620, 688 & 694 series holders.

620-TUB-4000XL is the same but longer, and required when using 620-TIP-0517.

NH3 + LIQ PHOS

620-TUB-4040

0.4″ O.D. Stainless steel Aqua NH3 + Phos tube for 620, 688 & 694 series holders.

628-TUB-1021
